American Gods Season 4 Release Date Information
The American Gods viewers were shocked by the news as the series was canceled in late March ‘American Gods will not return for a fourth season.

Although fans aren’t that disappointed as the speculation that the production team is already having trouble with the production and many casts left the production. Fans are still expecting season 4 as the author announces Neil Gaiman, together with showrunner Charles H Eglee who is planning on making season 4.
Even after the cancellation, the production announces that the American Gods would be aired in a TV Movie though it’s not officially publicized.
Rumors say the reason for the cancellation is from the showrunner of the show is having conflict as it was replaced in each season. The original showrunner Bryan Fuller and Michael Green were replaced, reasons are conflicting in the writing of the scripts.
It was replaced by Jesse Alexander but the show hit the production delay as the script would be changed again at the last minute and removed again on the show in September 2018.
The show was in a roller-coaster as the season two and three was aired, fans not expecting for the shifted focus of the story resulting for the cast to left the show.
Having the trouble in production resulting in the show ending because the productions have many controversies about the behind-the-scene filming, the problem arose from the inside leaving the viewers disappointed as they waited for long for the show.
Speculations began arising as Starz and Fremantle have issues in finances and the script would change many times during the filming.
As the author Neil Gaiman and current showrunner Charles H. Eglee remain optimistic and continue writing the season 4 though it was already canceled.

The fantasy drama revolves around the war between the Shadow Moon and the Gods. When Shadow Moon is released from prison and the death of his wife after being killed by the terrible accident, he met Mr. Wednesday who is an old God also.
The Gods of mythology, God of technology, God of globalization God of society, and the new Gods. In season 2 expound on the secrets of Mr. Wednesday and shadow is confused about his role in the war.
On March 15, 2019, the third season was aired with 10 episodes. Shadow wants to create his path, he will discover dark secrets in the snowy town of Lakeside. Orishas who guided his black ancestors helps him to uncover himself.
Fans were guessing about the ending that after Shadow sacrifices himself on Yggdrasil. As in the book version Shadow was resurrected. There are a lot of mysteries that are unclear that is why the fans were expecting another season anytime in streaming life or TV movies.
‘It’s not dead yet’ Neil Gaiman stated in an interview this is why the fans would be waiting for the final season. Another rumor says either Netflix or Amazon can pick up the American Gods in its final season.
This streaming company would expect bigger viewers since these two are popular with people around the globe. Viewers would wait and expect a satisfactory ending.
