But, rumors are circulating about the renewal of the show this year as other characters of MCU were seen in other properties and fans were expecting the return of Jessica Jones. The story was created by Melissa Rosenberg based on Marvel series with the same name, focuses on Jessica Jones, a former superhero who decided to open her detective agency to help those people in need.
She also possesses superpowers and saves the lives of the people but an incident happened while fighting with some villainous Kilgrave leading her to kill someone. After that, she becomes a private investigator, when his former enemy Kilgrave resurface she ought to bring down Kilgrave again and stop the evil doings caused by Kilgrave.
She was in shock also she discovers that her mother is alive due to experiments done by a scientist man named Karl Malus. She is also busy handling Gregory Sallinger, a man who wanted to prove that Jessica’s power is not true and she is a fraud, and her stepsister that becomes evil and becomes a vigilante called Trish Walker. With lots on his hands would she be able to handle them and not losing hope in the process of taking down bad people?

Patricia ‘Trish’ Walker played by Rachael Taylor, Jessica’s step-sister and considered a best friend who worked as a radio host.
Luke Cage played by Mike Colter, a man who also possesses superhuman strength and his unbreakable skin, Jessica encountered him when she was doing some investigations.
Will Simpson played by Wil Travel, a sergeant who works on NYPD.
